Session Two - Weekly Virtual Networking Mixer

The COVID-19 virus has greatly impacted both our personal lives and our businesses. Because of the outbreak, Cannabiz Connection was forced to cancel all face-to-face events until the virus is under control and our members are no longer at risk for infection. Even though the coronavirus has put a temporary damper on our ability to host our weekly face-to-face networking events, it has not restricted our ability to continue to connect business professionals to the people and resources they need to be successful.

Join us for our "Weekly Virtual Networking Mixer" sponsored by Cannabiz Connection at 6pm EST each Wednesday. Once registered, Virtual Networking Mixers attendees are granted access via Zoom, allowing them the opportunity to engage with others during the networking portion of the video conference. After our online event, Cannabiz Members and Event Attendees have the ability to connect with each other using the Cannabiz Connection app.

Who is it for? 

Our Virtual Networking Mixers are a great way for cannabis entrepreneurs and business professionals to connect with product and service providers in the cannabis industry and supply chain. It's also a great opportunity for entrepreneurs to learn more about the market challenges and how COVID-19 is affecting cannabis businesses in Michigan. 

So, what does a Virtual Speed Networking Mixer look like?

We begin our event by briefly introducing ourselves and our intention for the event, which is to inform and connect our members and attendees. Our introduction is followed by one or two speakers, who will briefly discuss issues and opportunities our industry is currently facing due to the coronavirus. Cannabiz Connection Members are then given the opportunity to have small group discussions after each speaker.

The final portion of our event is focused on providing several one-on-one 5-minute speed networking sessions, helping connect our members with industry colleagues, potential prospects and strategic partners. After the event is over, Members and Paid Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with each other using the Cannabiz Connection app.
